Abstract
This part of GB/T 3386 specifies the methods for determining the performance of electric and pneumatic analog chart recorders that operate with standardized signals for process control, including continuous line and dot recorders, as well as multi-pen and multi-point recorders. Some tests may not be applicable to all recorders, while certain types of recorders may require additional tests. This part aims to provide a unified test method for evaluating the performance of electric and pneumatic analog chart recorders that operate with standardized signals for process control. When a comprehensive evaluation according to this part is not required, only the necessary tests may be conducted. The test results shall be included in the test report in accordance with the requirements of the relevant provisions of this part. The test report shall clarify that the evaluation described in the report is not a comprehensive evaluation and indicate the items that have been omitted.
