Abstract
This part of GB/T 20064 specifies the requirements for hand-starting devices of reciprocating internal combustion engines for land use, railcars, and ships, except for road vehicles and aerospace engines. This part can also be applied to road construction machinery, earthmoving machinery, and other engines that currently do not have suitable standards for use.
In addition to technical safety requirements, this part also describes the inspection procedures necessary to meet these requirements.
