Abstract
This section stipulates the requirements for the preparation, organization, and arrangement of scientific reports, in order to facilitate the writing, collection, storage, processing, organization, retrieval, and sharing of scientific reports. This section applies to scientific reports in print, microfilm, and electronic formats. The content and format of the same scientific report should be consistent across different media formats. Scientific reports in different disciplines or fields can refer to these rules to establish writing standards for their respective disciplines or fields.
