This part of GB/T 19557 provides the technical requirements and general principles for determining the results of the specificity, consistency, and stability tests for pear (Pyrus spp.) varieties. This part is applicable to the specificity, consistency, and stability tests and result determination for the following pear varieties: Ussuri pear (P.ussuriensis Maxim.), white pear (P.bretschneideri Rehd.), sand pear (P.pyrifolia Nakai.), and western pear (P.communis L.).
