Abstract
This document specifies the general design requirements, detailed design requirements, and other content such as the design basis, design guidelines, design content, and procedures for the discharge of residual propellant from spacecraft.
This document is applicable to the active and passive discharge design of propellants and high-pressure gases in spacecraft. The discharge design of other working fluids on spacecraft can be implemented with reference to this document.
