Abstract
This document specifies the principles, instruments, sampling and injection, calibration, analysis, precision, and test reports for determining sulfides in natural gas by gas chromatography.
This document is applicable to the determination of hydrogen sulfide, carbonyl sulfide, C1~C4 alkyl mercaptans, tetrahydrothiophene (THT), and the content of sulfur-containing compounds, with a measurement range of 0.1 mg/m3 to 600 mg/m3.
Note: Depending on the characteristics of the sample, different detection methods in the appendix can be selected. Using different detection methods, the components and concentrations of sulfur-containing compounds that can be determined will vary.
