Abstract
This part of GB/T 30921 specifies the air jet sieving method and laser diffraction method for determining the particle size distribution of industrial-grade terephthalic acid (PTA). The air jet sieving method in this part is suitable for determining the particle size distribution of PTA samples with a range of 10 micrometers to 4,000 micrometers; the laser diffraction method is suitable for determining the particle size distribution of PTA samples with a range of 1 micrometer to 2,000 micrometers.
