GB/T 17215.691-2021 Electricity metering data exchange—The DLMS/COSEM suite—Part 91:Communication profile using web-services to access a DLMS/COSEM server via a COSEM Access Service (CAS)
Abstract
This document specifies how COSEM clients use Web services to access DLMS/COSEM servers, which are provided by an intermediate CAS (COSEM Access Service). The DLMS/COSEM server includes an application server that supports the data models of IEC 62056-6-1 and IEC 62056-6-2, as well as the application layer of IEC 62056-5-3. This document does not cover the lower-layer communication between CAS and DLMS/COSEM servers. Instead, it assumes that these communication configuration standards already exist, which describe how lower-layer communication technologies are used to connect IEC 62056-6-1, IEC 62056-6-2, and IEC 62056-5-3.
The Web services specified in this document involve the G2 interface in the architecture defined by IEC 62056-1-0.
This document specifies the Web services between CAC (COSEM Access Client) and CAS (COSEM Access Service), as shown in Figure 1.
