Abstract
This document stipulates the accounting boundaries, measurement and monitoring/detection requirements, accounting steps and methods, data quality management, and reporting content and format for greenhouse gas emissions from zinc smelting enterprises.
This document applies to the accounting and reporting of greenhouse gas emissions from zinc smelting enterprises that use zinc concentrates, lead-zinc mixed concentrates, and zinc-containing secondary resources as raw materials. Among them, zinc smelting enterprises include mineral zinc smelting enterprises and zinc-containing secondary resource smelting enterprises.
