This document describes the methods for collecting test materials, selecting sample trees, felling sample trees, cutting and recording test materials, and numbering and transporting test materials in the physical and mechanical property testing of small flawless wood samples. This document is applicable to the collection of test materials for the study of the physical and mechanical properties of standing trees in the same type of forest stands.
