This document specifies the energy-saving evaluation value, calculation method, and test method for centralized air conditioning systems.
This document is applicable to electrically driven centralized air conditioning systems in industrial and civil buildings. Other types of centralized air conditioning systems can be implemented with reference to this document, but it is not applicable to refrigerant direct evaporation air conditioning systems.
