Abstract
This document specifies the evaluation and application methods of measurement uncertainty in building acoustic insulation measurements. The main content of this document includes: -- Detailed evaluation of measurement uncertainty based on the mathematical model of the test procedure; -- Evaluation of measurement uncertainty based on the comparison of measurement results among laboratories; -- Application of measurement uncertainty. In addition, this document also provides typical values of uncertainty for various measurement results obtained by measuring according to GB/T 19889 (all parts) and evaluating according to GB/T 50121. This document is applicable to the evaluation and application of measurement uncertainty in building and building component acoustic insulation measurements. The evaluation and application of measurement uncertainty in other components can be referenced for use.
