GB 1886.83-2016 Food Safety National Standard for Food Additives: Ammoniumphosphorylcholine
Abstract
This standard applies to food additives, such as ammonium phosphatide, which are obtained by glycerolysis of edible fats (usually hardened vegetable oils) to produce mixtures of fatty acid monoglycerides and diglycerides, phosphorylation with phosphorus pentoxide, and neutralization with ammonia.
