Abstract
This standard specifies the principles for characterizing semiconducting single-walled carbon nanotubes using near-infrared photoluminescence spectroscopy, and standardizes the use of instruments, sample preparation methods, measurement steps, experimental data processing and result analysis, uncertainty factor analysis, and test reports, among other aspects.
This standard is applicable to the characterization of the chirality index and relative mass concentration of semiconducting single-walled carbon nanotubes using near-infrared photoluminescence spectroscopy.
