GB/T 12135-2016

This standard specifies the technical requirements for regular inspection agencies of gas cylinders (hereinafter referred to as "inspection agencies").
This standard applies to inspection agencies engaged in the inspection of seamless gas cylinders (including steel seamless gas cylinders, aluminum alloy seamless gas cylinders, stainless steel seamless gas cylinders, and automotive compressed natural gas cylinders), welded gas cylinders (including steel welded gas cylinders and stainless steel welded gas cylinders), liquefied petroleum gas cylinders (including liquefied petroleum gas cylinders and liquefied dimethyl ether cylinders), automotive liquefied petroleum gas cylinders (including automotive liquefied petroleum gas cylinders and automotive liquefied dimethyl ether cylinders), dissolved acetylene gas cylinders, wrapped gas cylinders (including small-volume metal-lined fiber-wrapped gas cylinders, metal-lined fiber-ring wrapped gas cylinders (including automotive ones), and metal-lined fiber-fully wrapped gas cylinders (including automotive ones)), and insulated gas cylinders (including welded insulated gas cylinders and automotive liquefied natural gas cylinders).
This standard does not apply to inspection agencies of stationary gas cylinders, large-capacity seamless gas cylinders used in long-pipe trailers and tube-type containers.
