Abstract
This standard specifies the classification and designations, order content, dimensions, shapes, weights, and allowable deviations, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, and quality certificates for high-quality carbon structural steel cold-rolled steel plates and strips.
This standard applies to high-quality carbon structural steel cold-rolled steel plates and strips (hereinafter referred to as "steel plates and strips") with a thickness of no more than 4 mm and a width of no less than 600 mm.
