GB/T 9695.6-2008 Meat products—Determination of artificial colour ponceau 4R
Abstract
This part of GB/T 9695 specifies the determination method of carmine dye in meat products. The first method in this part is applicable to the determination of carmine dye in meat products, and the second method is applicable to the determination of carmine in meat products containing only carmine dye. The detection limit of this method: high-performance liquid chromatography: 0.05 mg/kg; colorimetry: 0.4 mg/kg.
