Abstract
This part of GB/T 15879 specifies the classification and naming methods of the packaging shapes of semiconductor devices, as well as a systematic approach to generating universal descriptive names for semiconductor device packaging.
This descriptive naming method provides a useful communication tool, but it does not guarantee that packages with the same code are interchangeable.
