Abstract
This standard specifies the liquid chromatography method for the determination of sodium diacetate in food.
This standard is applicable to the determination of sodium diacetate in dried tofu, processed dried tofu, raw grains, flour balls, pastries, pre-cooked meat products, cooked meat products, cooked aquatic products (directly edible), solid compound seasonings, and puffed foods. This standard is not applicable to the determination of sodium diacetate in seasonings, liquid compound seasonings, and foods added with acetic acid.
