YY/T 0809.4-2010 Implants for surgery—Partial and total hip joint prostheses—Part 4:Determination of endurance properties of stemmed femoral components
Abstract
This part of YY/T 0809 specifies the test method for determining the fatigue performance of stemmed femoral components in partial and total hip joint replacements under specific test conditions. This part also specifies the test conditions to consider important parameters affecting the test components, and describes the method of installing the samples.
This part is applicable to prostheses with a symmetrical plane, pre-tilted prostheses, or prostheses with a double-sided bent stem, as well as prostheses used in revision surgery.
This part does not specify the inspection method for test samples.
