Abstract
This standard specifies the ordering content, dimensions, shapes, weights, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, and quality certificates for hot-rolled steel plates and steel strips made from carbon structural steel and low-alloy structural steel. This standard applies to hot-rolled steel plates and steel strips made from carbon structural steel and low-alloy structural steel with a thickness not exceeding 400 mm (hereinafter referred to as steel plates and steel strips).
