GB/T 14041.3-2010 Hydraulic fluid power—Filter elements—Part 3:Verification of collapse/burst pressure rating
Abstract
This part of GB/T 14041 specifies a test method for the compression resistance (rupture) characteristics of hydraulic filter elements, in order to determine the filter element's ability to withstand a specified pressure drop under normal flow (specified direction). By continuously injecting test powder into the system, the pressure drop of the filter element is continuously increased until the filter element either collapses (ruptures) or does not collapse (rupture) and reaches the predetermined maximum pressure drop.
