Abstract
This part of GB/T 16284 defines the overall system and services of MHS as a general introduction to MHS. Other aspects of the message handling system and services will be specified in other parts of this standard. The classification of the message handling system and services defined in this part is shown in Table 1. The technical characteristics of MHS are specified in other parts of GB/T 16284. The overall architecture of MHS is specified in ISO/IEC 10021-2:2003.
