This standard specifies the technical requirements, testing methods, and quality assessment procedures for wireless data transmission transceivers (hereinafter referred to as data transmission devices), as well as requirements for marking, packaging, transportation, and storage. This standard applies to all types of data transmission devices that meet the following specifications and are intended for use in dedicated ground-based, inland, or coastal data communication networks (such as telemetry, remote control, remote signaling, and remote adjustment systems): a) operating frequency between 25 MHz and 1,000 MHz; b) constant envelope narrowband modulation; c) carrier power not exceeding 50 W; d) using a binary serial data interface to connect to data terminal equipment; e) transmitting data signals in the form of bit streams or character strings. Other related radio data communication equipment may refer to this standard for implementation.
