Abstract
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation, storage, and quality certificates for aluminum intermediates. This standard applies to aluminum intermediates used in cast aluminum alloys and deformed aluminum alloys. This standard does not apply to aluminum titanium boron, aluminum titanium carbon, and aluminum titanium alloy wires used in cast aluminum alloys and deformed aluminum alloys.
