Abstract
This standard specifies the terms and definitions of water volume metering instruments (hereinafter referred to as "water meters") for urban water supply, the selection of water meters, the installation of water meters, the testing of water meters, and management requirements.
This standard applies to the installation and management of water meters in urban water supply units and water-using units.
