Abstract
This standard applies to the labels of prepackaged foods directly provided to consumers and the labels of prepackaged foods not directly provided to consumers.
This standard does not apply to the food storage and transportation packaging labels that provide protection for prepackaged foods during storage and transportation, or to the labels of bulk foods and foods prepared and sold on the spot.
