Abstract
This document of the IEC 61400 series specifies the procedures for evaluating the importance of obstacles and topographical changes at the power characteristic test sites, and is also applicable to the performance testing of all types and sizes of grid-connected wind turbines described in other documents of the IEC 61400 series. This procedure is suitable for the performance evaluation of specific wind turbines at specific locations.
