Abstract
This document stipulates the general principles, service resources, service efficiency, service marketing, and service supervision and evaluation of public library services. This document is applicable to the service provision of public libraries at the county level and above. Township (street) and social forces-established public libraries, as well as grassroots service points of various public libraries established by villages (communities) and social forces, may refer to and implement it accordingly.
