Abstract
This part of GB/T 4588 specifies the performance requirements, quality assurance provisions, and delivery requirements for rigid multilayer printed circuit boards.
This part applies to rigid multilayer (3 or more conductive layers) printed circuit boards with plated holes (with or without blind holes or buried holes), but it does not apply to rigid boards used in the aerospace and aviation fields.
