Abstract
This document specifies the structure and dimensions, technical requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, and markings, packaging, transportation, and storage of main bearing bushings and connecting rod bushings for internal combustion engines. This document is applicable to flange-less thin-walled main bearing bushings and connecting rod bushings (hereinafter referred to as bushings) for reciprocating piston internal combustion engines with an outer diameter of less than 500 mm (except for low-speed engines).
