This standard specifies the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) simultaneous determination method for photoinitiators such as benzophenone, 2-isopropylthioxanthene, 4-methylbenzophenone, 4-dimethylaminobenzoic acid ethyl ester, 4-chlorobenzophenone, 2-methylbenzoate methyl ester, 4-dimethylaminobenzoic acid-2-ethylhexyl ester, and 2,4-diethylthioxanthene in plastic packaging materials. This standard is applicable to the simultaneous determination of the content of photoinitiators such as benzophenone, 2-isopropylthioxanthene, 4-methylbenzophenone, 4-dimethylaminobenzoic acid ethyl ester, 4-chlorobenzophenone, 2-methylbenzoate methyl ester, 4-dimethylaminobenzoic acid-2-ethylhexyl ester, and 2,4-diethylthioxanthene in plastic packaging materials.
