Abstract
This standard specifies the operational technical requirements and operational management technical requirements for urban rail transit facilities and equipment. This standard is applicable to the demand management during the planning and construction phase of subways and light rails, as well as the technical management during the operation phase. Monorails, modern trams, magnetic levitation systems, automatic guided rail systems, and urban rapid rail systems can be used as reference for implementation.
