Abstract
This standard specifies the basic requirements and comprehensive dust prevention measures for quartz sand (powder) factories and talc powder factories.
This standard applies to the dust prevention design, management, and supervision of new construction, renovation, and expansion projects, as well as technological transformation and technology introduction projects for quartz sand (powder) factories and talc powder factories. Existing quartz sand (powder) factories and talc powder factories should also comply with this standard.
