This standard specifies the principles, reagents and materials, instruments and equipment, sample collection, experimental procedures, result calculation, and precision of the methods for determining the total sulfur content in coke, including the ASTM method, the high-temperature combustion method, the coulometric titration method, and the infrared spectroscopy method. This standard is applicable to coke and semi-coke (lampblack).
