Abstract
This standard specifies the determination methods for various phosphates in food, expressed as phosphate ions (PO43-).
The first method of this standard is applicable to the determination of phosphates, pyrophosphates, triphosphates, and tripolyphosphates in food, but it is not applicable to the determination of hexametaphosphates added to food.
The second method of this standard is applicable to the determination of various phosphates in food, expressed as phosphate ions (PO43-).
