Abstract
This part of GB/T 5237 specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage, quality certificates, and order forms (or contracts) for base materials used in aluminum alloy building profiles. This part applies to untreated aluminum alloy hot-extruded profiles for buildings, such as doors, windows, curtain walls, and railings (hereinafter referred to as base materials). Hot-extruded tubes with the same usage can also refer to and implement this part.
