GB 1886.307-2020 Food Safety National Standard for Food Additives: Copper Chlorophyllin K Salt
Abstract
This standard applies to chlorophyll copper potassium salt, a food additive extracted from materials such as silkworm dung or plants like grass, alfalfa, nettle, and spinach, or directly from chlorophyll as a raw material, processed through steps such as saponification and copper substitution. The solvents used include acetone, dichloromethane, methanol, ethanol, isopropanol, n-hexane, and/or petroleum ether (with a boiling range of 90 °C to 120 °C).
