Abstract
This part of GB/T 24242 specifies the designation method, dimensions, shape, weight, and allowable deviations of special-purpose wire rod for silk-making, as well as the order content, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, and quality certificates.
This part is applicable to high-quality wire rod (hereinafter referred to as wire rod) used for drawing or cold-rolling steel wire with higher performance requirements.
