Abstract
This standard specifies the determination methods of myoinositol in food. The first method, gas chromatography, is suitable for the determination of myoinositol in infant and toddler formula foods, special medical purpose formula foods, milk and dairy products, and beverages. The second method, microbiological analysis, is suitable for the determination of myoinositol in food.
