This document stipulates the general requirements for intellectual property protection on e-commerce platforms.
This document applies to information dissemination, construction, and operation and maintenance management of e-commerce platforms.
This document applies to all parties involved in e-commerce activities, including:
a) e-commerce platform operators responsible for the operation and maintenance management of e-commerce platforms;
b) merchants engaged in e-commerce product sales or service provision;
c) parties involved in online or offline supervision of e-commerce activities;
d) other relevant parties.
This document does not apply to the management of intellectual property protection for the following activities:
a) financial products and services;
b) services involving the provision of news information, audio-visual programs, publications, and cultural products via information networks.
Note: The scope of intellectual property protection on e-commerce platforms covered in this document includes business activities involving the sale of goods or provision of services via information networks such as the Internet.
