GB/T 20642-2006 Impulse puncture tests in air on insulators for overhead lines
Abstract
This standard specifies the requirements for the impact breakdown resistance test in air for porcelain and glass insulators used in power lines with voltages higher than 1,000 V, including disc-shaped suspension insulators, needle-type insulators, and penetrable column-type insulators. Other forms of B-type high-voltage line insulators can also be used for reference.
