This part of GB/T 19934 specifies the method for conducting fatigue tests on the metal pressure-bearing housings of hydraulic components under continuous, stable, and periodic internal pressure loads. This part is only applicable to hydraulic components made of metal, which operate at temperatures that do not cause creep or low-temperature brittleness, and only bear stresses caused by pressure. There is no reduction in strength due to corrosion or other chemical effects. The pressure-bearing housings may include gaskets, seals, and other non-metallic parts, but these parts are not considered components of the tested pressure-bearing housings of hydraulic components in the test (see 5.7). This part is not applicable to pipeline components specified in ISO 4413 (such as pipe joints, hoses, rigid pipes, etc.). For the fatigue test methods of pipeline components, see ISO 6803 and ISO 6605. This part also specifies general test methods applicable to hydraulic components. For additional requirements and specific methods for various components, see the appendix of this part or other standards. The test pressure is determined by the user, and the evaluation method is described in ISO/TR 107712.
