Abstract
This section specifies the determination method for the content of magnesium, aluminum, cobalt, nickel, copper, zinc, indium, lead, calcium, iron, and arsenic in high-purity germanium dioxide.
This section is applicable to the determination of the content of magnesium, aluminum, cobalt, nickel, copper, zinc, indium, lead, calcium, iron, and arsenic in high-purity germanium dioxide. The determination range: the mass fractions of each element are shown in Table 1.
