Abstract
This standard specifies the requirements and measurement methods for determining metal and non-metal impurities in chemical reagents using inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry.
This standard is applicable to liquid samples containing multiple impurities in chemical reagents or to samples after matrix removal, which are directly injected and measured using an inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer (ICPAES). This standard is not applicable to solid samples.
