This standard stipulates the basic principles for establishing corporate credit files, the types of information in corporate credit files, the sources of information in corporate credit files, and the information items contained in corporate credit files. This standard applies to all types of organizations establishing corporate credit files, and it also applies to the exchange and sharing of corporate credit information among different government departments or organizations in accordance with this standard. Enterprises establishing credit files or third-party credit service agencies establishing customer credit files can also refer to and use this standard.
