Abstract
This document specifies the standard electrical quantities, structure, markings, and documentation, metrological performance, climate, external influences, metrological performance protection, and electrical requirements for stationary harmonic active energy meters (hereinafter referred to as "meters"), and describes the corresponding test methods.
This document applies to newly manufactured meters used in 50 Hz or 60 Hz power grids with a voltage not exceeding 600 V, and is only applicable to their type testing.
