Abstract
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of Raman spectrometers.
This standard applies to Raman spectrometers that use lasers as the excitation light source (hereinafter referred to as "instruments"). Instruments using other light sources may be referenced for implementation.
