DB32/T 1086-2022 Highway Construction Project Archives Management Standards (Revision)
Abstract
This document stipulates the general principles and requirements for the file management of highway construction projects (hereinafter referred to as "projects"), the responsibilities for project file work, the construction of institutional norms, the formation of project documents, the collection of project documents, the sorting of project documents, the preparation of project completion drawings, the review and filing of project documents, the summary and transfer of project archives, and the registration of project archives. This document applies to the file management of new, renovated, and expanded highway construction projects within Jiangsu Province. Independent bridge and tunnel projects, as well as other highway construction projects, may refer to and implement this document accordingly.
