Abstract
This standard stipulates the liability risks, insurance liabilities, liability exemptions, liability limits and deductibles, insurance period, insurance premiums, obligations of the insured and the insured, compensation, and dispute resolution of international logistics liability insurance (international freight forwarding bill of lading liability insurance).
This standard applies to large and medium-sized freight forwarding and logistics enterprises, which mainly operate as independent operators, when they purchase international freight forwarding bill of lading liability insurance in China for international logistics liability insurance.
